Arrius Keep

Arrius Keep is a keep in northeastern Cyrodiil, northeast of the Imperial City. It is initially controlled by the Ebonheart Pact. The keep is connected via the Transitus Network to Blue Road Keep and Chalman Keep. Only the Pact can use the other two Transitus links to Farragut Keep and Kingscrest Keep. It is an essential hub between the Ebonheart Border Keeps and the ring of keeps around the Imperial City. Arrius must be captured in order to gain access to the Pact's Scroll Temples.
